This work enables you, by the end of the first session, to become crystal clear of the “dance” between you and how it helps and hinders the relationship. WEIGHT MAINTENANCE EVALUATION & SESSIONS

If over the years you toiled with yo-yo diets and are still struggling to reach and maintain a body weight and body image that satisfies you, this modality is for you.

Since 2007, Yolanda Koumidou-Vlesmas utilizes a psycho- spiritual approach to weight maintenance, based on her book entitled, The Inner Eater Selves. This methodology empowers you to find and maintain your Natural Weight. Natural Weight is where you are comfortable without inner conflict about your body and body image.

What is unique about this work is that it focuses on identifying the various parts of your personality who do the overeating; how to develop control over these parts and how to master the necessary skills needed to deal with the “new you” as Natural Weight is reached and maintained.

The work begins with a two-hour evaluation to be followed by Voice Dialogue Facilitations and talk sessions of the individual’s various Inner Eaters Selves.

SCHEDULING A SESSION

For face-to-face sessions: Work is conducted at the office in Lynbrook on Long Island or outdoors in absolute privacy and surrounded by nature’s beauty at the upstate New York 70-acre Quietude Retreat Center.

Teletherapy sessions: Through Zoom, Skype, FaceTime, Phone, WhatsApp, and Viber.
