Sessions

Utilizing a psychological-spiritual approach for all sessions, awareness transcends to practice, transporting you beyond mere intellectual understanding. You are invited for one- or two-hour sessions that can either be held in person at our Long Island office in Lynbrook or via Teletherapy.

INDIVIDUAL SESSIONS

You will work with Yolanda Koumidou, who will apply her 30+ years of experience and extensive training in various cutting-edge modalities like Voice Dialogue Facilitations, Ecopsychology, Mindful Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (MCBT), and Dream and Inner Critic Work.

COUPLES SESSIONS

Yolanda utilizes the Bonding Patterns approach with couples. This work enables you, by the end of the first session, to become crystal-clear on the “dance” between you and how it both helps and hinders the relationship. During your work with Yolanda, you will get where you need and are ready to be.
